PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer a dedicated drop-in service at our Bromsgrove office. If you do drop-in, we do not guarantee you will be seen as there may not be an adviser available to assist you at that present time. If this is the case, you will be offered a face to face appointment or a call back at a later date.

We offer several small outreach sessions across the Bromsgrove and Redditch areas to help people access our service in more remote locations.

Due to the nature of these outreach sessions, we may only be able to provide limited advice at these locations. However, we can carry out an initial assessment to see whether we can help at that time or whether a referral into our main service is needed.
