Advice Session Supervisor
Location: Primarily based at our Bromsgrove Office (50-52 Birmingham Road, Bromsgrove B61 0DD)
Hours: Full time (37hrs p/w) – We will consider job share
Remuneration: NJC Pay scale 5 – £24,496 to £27,344 with generous leave package and 6% pension contribution.
CABR is a fast growing Citizens Advice Bureau and we are looking for an enthusiastic full time Advice Session Supervisor to join our team. You will help support our increasing numbers of volunteer advisers and the expansion of our service, in terms of locations and days.
To be successful you will need to be an already qualified Advice Session Supervisor or qualified up to Citizens Advice generalist adviser level looking to advance your career. Preferably experienced in advice delivery; and ideally with a history of supervising teams. Depending on the strength of applications we may consider a trainee supervisor post for the right candidate.
We pride ourselves on having a balance of high service standards (green QAA scores across the board) alongside a flexible, fun, team approach to delivering the service and supporting each other. Our recent people survey was described by the auditor as exceptional with 100% of respondents saying they would recommend us as somewhere to work.
If this sounds like a team you would fit into; this post is of interest to you; and you have the necessary Citizens Advice Qualification, please e-mail your updated CV and a covering letter to Chris Roberts, Chief Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org using the e-mail title “ASS vacancy”.
Applications close at Midnight on Wednesday 25th October. Provisionally interviews are planned for Thursday 2nd November.
Due to the potential number of applicants we are sorry but we will not be able to enter into correspondence or discussion with unsuccessful candidates.
