If you were successful in applying and receiving support through previous phases of this Household Support Fund scheme, you can only apply again provided you received this help over 6 months ago. If you received help within the last 6 months, your request for this fund will not be accepted and you will need to send another request when you become eligible.
This form is not an application for the fund.
Due to the high demand for the fund, we will respond to you as soon as possible. We are working on a first come first served basis. Contacting us to find out what’s happening will not speed up your request, but delay it further. We will not respond to people requesting updates. Submitting a request does not guarantee you the fund as there is a limited funds available.
Please provide details of why you require the household support fund, details of your household income, family set up and housing type i.e renting, mortgage, own occupier, living with friends, homeless.

Due to the high demand for this fund, we have temporarily pause taking any new requests. This is to allow us to process the large number of current requests in the system.
