In addition to our advice and guidance services, we also undertake research and campaigning activity, using our experience and extensive data about the problems local people face and use this to influence policy makers.

This benefits everybody, not just those who access our service.

We do this work locally with Councillors and MP’s plus other local organisations and we also provide case studies and information to Citizens Advice Head Office, for use in their national campaigning work.
